You handle all aspects of your customer's needs. All services are through your company and you handle all billing & support. You sell your client a website option, assign them a Project Manager (your assigned dotLaunch Project Manager) and we handle the rest under your company's name. We then quote the project to you and you pay us upon completion. We remain anonymous, allowing you to build your own successful Internet business. It’s that simple. If your clients have technical questions, you serve as the first line of support, forwarding any question you can’t answer to our support staff.
2. Referral Partnership
We offer complete turnkey services for your Web design solution. We will handle all billing, and technical support while you earn the hosting revenue and setup fees, and see your customer base grow. You simply tell your clients that you have partnered with dotLaunch Technologies and then refer them to us You receive your referral fee on the project upon completion or first billing cycle.

What happens to my client after I turn them over to dotLaunch?
Our mission is to handle your clients with the personal and professional care you would yourself. Our approach is to gain an understanding of their business or personal goals first. With their own Project Manager assigned to their site development, their needs are met personally.
As equally important as our understanding of your client's business is both your and their understanding of the project. This "Scope of Work" will provide them with project summary, defined procedures (phases; defining the scope, designing the web site, production and implementation), timeline, budget, testing, Key personnel, authorization to begin (signature), acceptance (signature), ownership, site details, and contact information.
We will then intelligently plan the development and implementation of up to date technical resources to successfully deliver and support the solution.

How long does it take to finish a project ?
This depends entirely on the scope of the project. Many other factors must be taken into consideration when determining a completion deadline. We will always work to give you a timeframe to complete a project when we receive the full specs. We work diligently to meet these goals.
As a dotLaunch Partner, what is the revenue potential?
This is up to you. We do not do roi calculation, or offer models of potential income. We simply provide you with a means to offer your clients more services. You do the selling, we do the work.
After we provide you a quote to complete a project which will include your 20% reseller discount, you then mark up the price to present to your client in order to earn their business. The rate you wish to mark up our quoted price is entirely up to you. So for instance if our quote for the project is $1,000 and we apply your 15% partner discount, your cost is $850. You then turn around and charge your customer whatever price you want. Realistically, for the quality of work we provide and extra services we provide, a $1,000 worth of services we sell can easily be sold for $1,300 - $1,500. With your cost at $850, you would make a potential $400-$800 profit. It's that simple!
Are there any membership or other monthly fees I must pay to be a reseller ?
Absolutely none. You only pay us for projects you need completed.
